Position Summary: We are seeking an IT professional for technical support, development, AI integration, and project management, with a focus on web systems and automation. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and technological infrastructure administration **Required Profile** Graduate or bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computing, Software, or related fields, with knowledge of technological infrastructure, technical support, system development, cloud computing, project management, artificial intelligence integration, and data analysis. **Essential Skills** * Windows Server administration. * Project management using agile and waterfall methodologies, preferably with knowledge of PMBOK 8\. * Intermediate-level cloud services knowledge: AWS and Azure. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Programming and web system development. * Python development for automation, system integration, data analysis, and AI projects. * Power BI proficiency for dashboard creation, executive reporting, KPI analysis, and data visualization. * Use of Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize programming, documentation, analysis, and project management. * Integration of Artificial Intelligence into web systems via APIs, automated queries, virtual assistants, data analysis, and intelligent report generation. * Databases: MySQL and SQL. * Web development: PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. * Frameworks: Laravel and Angular. * Version control with GitHub. **Additional Technical Skills** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of PCs, laptops, and printers. * Internet networks, structured cabling, fiber optics, and wireless signal. * Installation and maintenance of DVR/NVR, analog and IP cameras. * Basic electronics knowledge and technical diagnostics. * Servers, hosting, domains, and system deployment. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide IT technical support and assistance for technological infrastructure. * Administer and provide basic support for Windows Server systems. * Develop, maintain, and enhance internal web systems. * Develop scripts, modules, or integrations using Python to automate processes. * Create, query, and administer databases in MySQL/SQL. * Build dashboards and reports in Power BI to support decision-making. * Integrate Artificial Intelligence tools into company-developed systems. * Implement virtual assistants, intelligent queries, automated responses, information analysis, and AI-powered report generation. * Support system deployments on local servers, hosting platforms, AWS, or Azure. * Manage repositories and version control using GitHub. * Document requirements, processes, progress, testing, and system manuals. * Participate in project planning and tracking under agile and traditional/cascade methodologies. * Propose improvements to automate processes and reduce operational time using technology and AI. **Desired Experience** Pre-professional internships, academic projects, developed systems, or minimum experience in technical support, programming, infrastructure, AI integration, data analysis, or IT project management. **Personal Competencies** Responsible, organized, proactive, analytical, problem-solving oriented, fast learner, capable of communicating effectively with users and collaborating in teams.
