Be the technical brain of a megaproject! We are seeking a Technical Office Engineer.
**The Challenge:** At **DSE Engineering**, we are looking for a highly analytical **Technical Office Engineer** to serve as the primary technical support for site supervision on an industrial logistics megaproject of approximately 80,000 m².
As this is a **Fast-Track (EPC)** project, engineering is not static—it evolves daily. We need a professional who serves as the perfect bridge between design and field execution; someone capable of processing massive volumes of technical information, safeguarding project profitability, and ensuring that every square meter constructed is underpinned by sound technical and economic justification.
**Your mission on the project:**
* Lead technical review of engineering deliverables and manage the flow of Requests for Information (RFI/RDI), ensuring agile responses that do not interrupt production.
* Evaluate, quantify, and validate budgets for additional or deductive works arising from frequent design changes, protecting project costs.
* Manage and audit approval of *Submittals* (technical data sheets, materials) and support weekly BIM clash coordination reviews.
* Collaborate closely with the Planner, Quality team, and Project Manager to ensure that field technical documentation (current drawings) is always accurate.
**The Profile We Seek:**
* Graduate and licensed in **Civil Engineering**.
* Proven, solid experience in Technical Office, Cost Estimation, and Budgeting for **industrial projects, large-scale logistics centers, or related sectors**.
* Proficiency in preparing and reviewing quantity take-offs, unit price analysis (UPA), and management of construction change orders.
* A meticulous, highly organized professional with strong analytical ability and resilience to work under technical pressure.
**What We Offer:**
* **The Project:** Join the strategic core of one of the country’s most demanding and modern logistics complexes.
* **Stability:** Direct payroll enrollment with all statutory benefits from day one.
**Do you have the technical precision for this challenge?** Send your updated CV to: **seleccion@dechini.com.pe**, indicating in the subject line **"Technical Office Engineer - Logistics Project"**.
Salary: Up to S/.6,000.00 per month
Application Question(s):
* What has been your greatest challenge managing RFI/RDIs, and how did you prevent it from impacting field progress?
* What is your specific methodology and experience in reviewing quantity take-offs and evaluating budgets for contractor-submitted additional/deductive works?
* Given that this project requires BIM coordination and rigorous document management, which platforms or technological tools do you master for Submittal control and drawing version administration?
