Job Summary: Operations Coordinator to supervise and coordinate field operational staff, electrical projects, and electromechanical installations, ensuring compliance with procedures and standards. Preparation of project close-out documentation and compliance with technical standards. **EDELKENIE SAC** is seeking an **Operations Coordinator** to join our team in **Carabayllo – Lima**. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate, supervise, and monitor the activities of field operational staff. * Supervise compliance with work procedures, technical standards, and internal formats established by the company. * Coordinate with relevant departments regarding the availability of required **materials, tools, equipment, and PPE** for proper execution of work. * Develop and monitor **work plans, schedules, and activity programming**. * Coordinate and supervise the execution of low- and medium-voltage electrical projects and electromechanical installations. * Conduct technical site visits and on-site data collection. * Manage progress, quality, and compliance reports for projects. * Ensure compliance with technical requirements and standards established by the client. * Coordinate with technical staff, clients, and internal departments to guarantee achievement of operational objectives. * Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and coordinate necessary corrective actions. * Coordinate the close-out of assigned projects and equipment. * Supervise and manage preparation of close-out documentation: **Quality Dossier, technical and financial reports, warranties, As\-Built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals**, and other applicable documents. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical Engineering** or related fields. * Minimum of **6 months** of experience in electromechanical installations within the electrical sector, primarily in **low- and medium-voltage** applications. * Experience or knowledge in **coordination and supervision of technical staff and operational activities**. * Strong organizational, leadership, planning, and project monitoring capabilities. * Availability to conduct site visits and field supervision. DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE * **MS Project:** intermediate level. * **AutoCAD:** advanced level. * **ETAP or DIgSILENT:** basic level. * **Microsoft Office:** Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Familiarity with the **National Electrical Code – Utilization (CNE\-Utilization)**. * Knowledge of electrical project management and control.
