Company: Novaris Employment Regime: REMYPE Location: Lima, Comas Work Mode: On-site **About the Company** Novaris is a Peruvian company dedicated to the importation and commercialization of watches and accessories, with active e-commerce operations and continuous growth. **Job Objective** To design, document, and optimize the company’s internal processes, establishing function manuals, operational workflows, position-specific KPIs, and continuous improvement systems that ensure order, efficiency, and clarity in each employee’s responsibilities. **Main Responsibilities** - Identification and documentation of current processes in commercial, operational, and administrative areas. - Design and structuring of the Organization and Functions Manual (MOF). - Development of detailed operational manuals for each position. - Workflow mapping using process diagrams. - Definition of role-specific KPIs in coordination with Management. - Identification of bottlenecks and proposal of improvements. - Implementation of control and follow-up systems. - Staff training on established processes and functions. - Organization and structuring of internal documentation in digital environments. - Implementation of a continuous improvement culture across the organization. Expected Outcomes - A formally defined organizational chart. - A complete MOF signed by each employee. - Standardized and documented processes. - Clear position-specific KPIs. - An implemented follow-up system. - Staff trained in their respective functions. - Reduction of operational errors and improved internal order. **Required Profile** - Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. - Minimum 2 years’ experience in process identification and documentation. - Experience developing function and procedure manuals. - Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies. - Strong organizational and analytical skills. - Practical, results-oriented approach. - Ability to train work teams. - Proficiency in digital tools such as Drive, Excel, and flowchart software. **Desirable** - Experience structuring commercial departments. - Knowledge of CRM systems. - Experience in MYPEs or growing companies. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. **Compensation** S/ 2,000 – S/ 2,500 monthly (based on experience) Interested candidates should submit an updated CV for evaluation.
