High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills are highly valued. **GENERAL ADMINISTRATOR WANTED – SCHOOL** We are currently seeking a **General Administrator** to join our team and lead the administrative management of our educational institution. **Main Responsibilities:** * Management and control of **finances** (revenues and expenditures). * Monitoring and control of **student tuition payments**. * Administration and execution of **payroll**. * Control and optimization of **institutional expenses**. * Supervision and control of **general inventory**. * Coordinated and ongoing work with **school leadership**. * Comprehensive management of all administrative processes of the school. **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in administrative management (experience in educational institutions is preferred). * Proficiency in control tools (Excel or other systems). * High **emotional intelligence**. * Excellent **interpersonal skills** (with parents, students, and teachers). * Ability to work **under pressure**. * Commitment to and alignment with the institution’s **policies**. **Working Conditions:** * **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. * **Employment Type:** Service contract. **We are looking for someone who:** Is organized, proactive, demonstrates leadership, maintains a results-oriented focus, and possesses a service-oriented vocation. **Apply by submitting your CV** and become part of an institution committed to educational excellence.
