At AQUAPROJECT, a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) with over 10 years of experience in water treatment, we are looking for an **Industrial Engineer** with a **proactive attitude** and a **desire to launch their professional career** in service and project management. We seek a professional with less than 1 year of experience, ready to actively engage from day one. This position is critical and involves coordination with clients and the operations team, **active field participation** (not just supervision), and collaboration in technical and documentation follow-up for projects. Key Responsibilities: * Handle and follow up on quotation requests. * Actively participate in technical site visits and field activities, both in Lima and other cities across the country (approximately 20% travel availability required). * Coordinate with the operations team to gather information and provide technical support for completed work. * Draft technical and service reports, validate them internally, and submit them to clients. * Support document management and organization of project-related information. * Participate in preparing documentation for tender processes, under supervision. Requirements: * Completed university studies in Industrial Engineering (mandatory). * Work experience is valued but not mandatory. We seek professionals with high potential and eagerness to learn. * Intermediate proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PDF). * Willingness to travel outside Lima as required by projects (approximately 20% of time). * Proactive attitude, orderliness, responsibility, and excellent communication skills. * Knowledge of drafting and completing technical and service reports (academic experience or pre\-professional internships are also welcome). * Basic experience/knowledge of tender processes (desirable but not mandatory).
