Availability to perform operational tasks and physical work. Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to work. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team. Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or operational tasks is desirable but not mandatory. **Main Responsibilities** Operate presses for the manufacture of cupels and crucibles. Perform grinding and raw material preparation activities. Prepare and mix clays and other inputs required for the production process. Assist in drying and handling of in-process products. Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment. Transport materials and products within the plant as required. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Comply with the company’s established safety, quality, and production procedures. Support other operational activities on the production line as needed. **Benefits** Market-competitive remuneration.
