A company dedicated to exporting green coffee and cocoa is seeking a professional to contribute to the efficient control and execution of production processes at its plant. \- Work Modality: On-site \- Workplace: Puente Piedra Plant JOB OBJECTIVE: * Provide operational support and control for coffee and cocoa production processes, ensuring operational continuity, adherence to the production plan, and compliance with established quality and safety standards. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate of industrial, administrative, or related technical programs. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles in operations, production, or logistics. * Knowledge of operations, production planning, and scheduling in manufacturing plants. * Mechanical and/or electrical knowledge (desirable). * Intermediate proficiency in MS Office. * Training courses in Operations and/or Logistics (desirable). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate production activities according to weekly and monthly export plans. * Supervise adherence to the production plan together with operational staff. * Record process times, volumes, and production controls. * Coordinate with the Quality Department for monitoring and sampling during production. * Monitor usage of inputs and ensure required supply for production. * Verify the operational status of machinery, equipment, and tools. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with plant safety regulations. * Enter process and batch transformation data into the ERP system.
