We seek a committed, empathetic individual oriented toward the well-being of our collaborators. What will you do? ✔ Design and implement wellness programs to improve the work environment. ✔ Manage procedures and coordinate with public and private entities and suppliers. ✔ Follow up on collaborators’ health and wellness cases. ✔ Supervise proper execution of assigned services and processes. ✔ Monitor indicators and support implementation of departmental plans. What do we require from you? ✔ Graduate in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Social Work, Administration, or related fields. ✔ Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Welfare Assistant, Human Development Assistant, or similar roles. ✔ Experience organizing and executing corporate events. ✔ Experience in personnel support and assistance. ✔ Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
