Positive and tangible impact on the community. **Join our team as a Social Responsibility Assistant!** **What are we looking for?** A proactive Social Responsibility Assistant with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of providing comprehensive support in planning, implementing, and monitoring our social initiatives. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the scheduling, organization, and execution of university social responsibility programs, campaigns, and activities. * Providing support in the recruitment, registration, and participation of students, faculty, administrative staff, and external audiences in social outreach and volunteer activities. * Preparing, collecting, and maintaining up-to-date reports, minutes, indicators, and documentary evidence of implemented actions. * Supporting logistical management, materials, and resources required for events and campaigns. * Providing basic guidance and administrative support for other tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor. **What do you need to join us?** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Social Work, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Essential knowledge of volunteer management, social outreach, or university extension. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). **What do we offer?** * Competitive salary commensurate with your experience and skills. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * A collaborative and interdisciplinary work environment where your ideas will be valued. * The opportunity to generate positive and tangible impact in the community.
