We are looking for an analytical, innovative, and results-driven individual passionate about continuous improvement and process optimization. You will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing performance indicators, and implementing initiatives that contribute to increased productivity, improved quality, and operational efficiencies. What will you do? Implement continuous improvement tools to optimize production processes. Analyze performance indicators and operational data to identify improvement opportunities. Participate in root cause analysis and propose corrective and preventive actions. Lead and support cross-departmental process improvement projects. Design and implement procedures, best practices, and innovative solutions aimed at improving productivity and quality. What do we require from you? Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Analyst, Engineering Analyst, or in similar positions. Knowledge of continuous improvement tools, statistical analysis, and project management. Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Availability to work Monday through Saturday. Benefits Formal employment registration from the first day of work.
