Job Summary: We are seeking a Garment Analyst to evaluate product development and ensure feasibility in textile production, interpreting specifications and coordinating processes. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure product feasibility at all stages We are Textile Sourcing Company SAC, a leading company in the textile industry and export sector, operating in Chincha and Lima, specializing in knitted garment manufacturing. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **GARMENT ANALYST** at our Chincha office: **What are the requirements?** * Graduates in Textile Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience in this role or related positions. (Mandatory in the TEXTILE industry.) * Knowledge of: Reading Specs, Corel Draw, stitch types, fabrics, prints, washes, trims, embroidery, process routes. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel. * Intermediate-level English language proficiency. * Availability to work 100% on-site in Chincha. **What are the main responsibilities?** * Evaluate and determine product development, considering customer specifications and ensuring product feasibility during the production stage. * Analyze and interpret the customer's SPEC and develop garment technical sheets from quotation, pre-production, and production phases. * Coordinate with the respective account executive to obtain additional required information to resolve inconsistencies, provide further details, or clarify doubts. * Ensure feasibility of the defined product for replication across all process stages: Cutting, Sewing, Washing, Embellishments, Finishing, etc. * Coordinate the development and approval of fabric samples, labels, hangtags, buttons, or other materials between suppliers and the customer. **What benefits do we offer?** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Training programs and educational partnership agreements. * Workplace climate activities. * Health campaigns. * Discounts at our stores.
