Benavides - CHINCHA, with the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 2 years of prior experience. - Availability to work shifts: 12 PM to 9 PM, Monday through Sunday, with 1 day off. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.- Food preparation a) Wash, peel, and cut vegetables. b) Prepare basic and simple recipes. c) Pluck poultry. d) Chop meat. e) Scale fish. 2.- Cleaning a) Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of the kitchen and refrigeration and heating equipment. b) Keep kitchen items organized. c) Wash and disinfect kitchen utensils. d) Wash and disinfect tableware and cutlery used by customers. e) Dispose of garbage. 3.- Support tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. 4.- Comply with internal work regulations regarding punctuality and conduct. 5.- Familiarity with the restaurant's food and beverage menu. 6.- Knowledge of proper use of restaurant materials and equipment.
