We seek a professional with a preventive, analytical, and regulatory compliance-oriented mindset who actively contributes to Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management (SSOMA), fostering safe and healthy work environments for our employees. **What will be your main responsibilities?** Develop, implement, and monitor the Annual Occupational Health Plan to provide targeted control over occupational medical surveillance programs. Promote, maintain, and improve health and safety conditions within the company to preserve employees’ physical, mental, and social well-being. Manage various intervention programs according to occupational risks to reduce such risks. Administer occupational medical examinations and manage and safeguard examination results. Prepare quarterly reports on employees’ occupational health status. **What qualifications do we require?** Licensed, registered, and authorized Medical Doctor. Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Occupational Physician in industrial and/or manufacturing plants. Postgraduate diploma in occupational health (mandatory). Master’s degree in Occupational Health (preferred). Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of occupational health management, design of medical surveillance plans, and preventive and promotional health programs (mandatory).
