Coordination with academic departments for comprehensive student support At the Autonomous University of Ica, we are seeking a **Psychologist** to join our team. As a Psychologist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive psychological support to the student community, promoting emotional well-being, prevention of psychosocial risks, and optimal academic performance. Responsibilities: * Provide psychological counseling and guidance to students on emotional and adaptation-related issues. * Conduct psychological assessments and prepare reports for case follow-up. * Design and implement preventive mental health and personal development workshops and programs. * Follow up with students receiving support, ensuring their progress and well-being. * Coordinate with academic departments to provide integrated support for students with specific needs. * Participate in institutional campaigns and activities that promote emotional well-being. Requirements * University degree in Psychology and valid professional license (mandatory) * Minimum 6 months of experience in clinical psychology, counseling, or psychological support roles. * Knowledge of psychological assessment, crisis intervention, and psychoeducational workshop design.
