Job Summary: We are seeking a CAD Draftsman to prepare and plan mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation drawings, manage digital drawing libraries, and propose process improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of various technical drawings. 2. Management and planning of digital drawing libraries. 3. Proposal of improvements in machining processes. At Adecco Perú, we are currently looking for a CAD Draftsman to join Softys’ team at the Cañete plant. Work Location: Cañete Requirements: - Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electrical Engineering degree (Bachelor’s or Graduate). - Technical degree in Production Mechanical Engineering. - Advanced AutoCAD certification. - Experience in preparing mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and piping drawings (minimum 5 years). - Proficiency in 2D and 3D drawings. - Advanced knowledge of metrology, dimensional tolerances, and form & position tolerances. - Experience with simulations and rendering. - Knowledge of technical drawing standards and specifications. - Familiarity with Inventor and other design software (desirable). - Maintenance management: work planning and scheduling (desirable). - SAP PM user-level proficiency (desirable). - Advanced Excel and Power BI skills (desirable). - Basic English. Responsibilities: - Prepare mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, structural, and other drawings. - Plan and schedule drawing preparation according to plant priorities. - Manage the plant’s digital drawing library to ensure easy access for key users. - Coordinate creation of SAP part codes for manufactured components and upload them along with their drawings into the corresponding team taxonomy. - Propose improvements to methods, timing, and movements involved in machining and structural work. - Actively participate as a safety brigade member.
