Job Summary: Lead, execute, and deliver single-family housing projects under a turnkey model, assuming full responsibility from design through to final operational handover. Key Highlights: 1. Cost, quality, and schedule compliance control EXECUTING ARCHITECT – TURNKEY RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS Position Objective Lead, execute, and deliver single-family housing projects under a turnkey model, assuming full responsibility from architectural design through to final operational handover, including supplier management, cost control, quality assurance, and schedule compliance. Responsibilities and Duties 1. Technical Design and Development Preparation of conceptual design, architectural design, and complete technical documentation Development of architectural drawings, construction details, and finishes Coordination with specialized disciplines (structural, sanitary, electrical) Management of permits and regulatory compliance (if required) 2. Full Construction Execution On-site technical project leadership Supervision of all construction phases Quality control of materials and processes Adherence to construction schedule Resolution of on-site technical contingencies 3. Supplier and Contractor Management Sourcing, evaluation, and contracting of suppliers Price and terms negotiation Coordination of labor and subcontractors On-site material logistics control 4. Economic and Financial Control Preparation and administration of construction budget Cost control and overspending prevention Periodic progress valuations Financial reporting to the client 5. Integrated Project Management Schedule planning and monitoring Physical and financial progress reporting Project risk management Final handover of habitable housing CAD, Revit, SketchUp (desirable). -Requirements- Minimum Education: Master's Degree 6 years of experience Languages: Spanish Age: between 20 and 60 years Willingness to travel: Yes Willingness to relocate: Yes
