Job Summary: Lead and control field construction execution, ensuring compliance with schedule, cost, quality, and personnel, material, and documentation management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage construction execution according to drawings and technical specifications. 2. Supervise the performance of operational staff on site. 3. Control the efficient use of resources and materials. Construction Resident \- CHINCHA **Location:** Chincha **Work Mode:** On-site – construction project **Department:** Operations / Construction. **Compensation:** S/4000 \- S/4000 PER PROJECT Job Objective Lead and control field construction execution, ensuring compliance with **schedule, cost, quality, and technical guidelines**, as specified in the drawings, as well as proper management of personnel, materials, and construction documentation. Main Responsibilities 1\. Construction Management * Supervise construction work packages execution according to drawings and technical specifications. * Monitor physical progress of the project and submit daily progress reports. * Verify adherence to the construction schedule. 2\. Personnel Management * Supervise the performance of operational staff on site (laborers, skilled workers, helpers). * Monitor attendance and performance of staff. * Coordinate staffing requirements with the Operations Department. 3\. Materials and Logistics Management * Request necessary materials and equipment for construction execution. * Verify receipt of materials on site. * Control the efficient use of resources. 4\. Technical and Quality Control * Verify that executed work packages comply with drawings and technical specifications. * Coordinate required tests or inspections (e.g., compaction, concrete testing). * Record technical incidents or on-site changes. 5\. Reporting and Documentation * Prepare daily construction progress reports. * Record executed quantities. * Maintain up-to-date tracking of completed work packages. Requirements: * Civil Engineer or Architect. * Experience in beach house projects. Experience * Minimum **5 years of experience as Construction Resident or Site Manager**. Knowledge * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Quantity surveying and construction progress monitoring. * Basic proficiency in Excel and construction reporting.
