Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for human resources administration, with experience in payroll and labor benefits management, in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in payroll calculation and payment. 2. Management of labor benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations). 3. Constant coordination with various departments of the organization. We seek a professional with a degree in Accounting, Human Resources Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Administration Analyst, Human Resources Administration Assistant, or in similar positions. Experience in payroll calculation, validation, and payment, as well as in managing labor benefits such as CTS, bonuses, and vacations will be valued. It is important to have knowledge of payroll administration, labor legislation, handling of SUNAT's T-Registration system, and experience in monitoring and tracking HR-related processes. Additionally, intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is required. Finally, availability to work from Monday to Saturday in a dynamic environment requiring constant coordination with various departments of the organization is required.
