Experience new things, grow professionally, and join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Incomplete or completed studies. * Outgoing person with high energy and strong ability to communicate with the public. * No experience required. * Must reside in CHINCHA or nearby areas. * Availability to perform fieldwork. * Availability to work 8 hours daily on rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise buses en route, cleanliness, and staff appearance. * Report unrecorded sales by drivers. * Channel passenger complaints to Customer Service. * Report incidents to Control Tower and assist with transfers. * Support ticket collection en route and at sales points. * Perform other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
