The District Municipality of Los Olivos, through its Sub-Management of Tax Inspection, announces the requirement for two (02\) Tax Inspector Technicians to work on-site and meet the following requirements: **Requirements:** * Graduates, Bachelor's degree holders, or professionals with technical or university degrees related to Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Knowledge of current regulations regarding buildings and/or constructions. * Public sector experience is desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct field data collection. * Verify uses and categories of constructions: residential housing, industry, and services (residential housing, industry, and services). * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month License/Certification: * Motorcycle driving license (Class B \- I or higher) (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
