Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor for urban development, civil works, maintenance, and sanitation projects to ensure proper execution and control of projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive supervision of civil works and sanitation projects. 2. Leadership and management of field work teams. 3. Coordination with clients, supervisors, and suppliers. The company **Constructora Emmanuel Servicios Generales SAC** is looking for a **Construction Supervisor** to join our team. **Professional Profile** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer or Sanitary Engineer. * Minimum of **three (03\) years** of experience in roles such as Construction Supervisor, Resident Engineer, or Assistant Resident Engineer, participating in urban development, civil works, maintenance, repairs, construction inspection, and/or sanitation projects. * Minimum of **one (01\) year** of specific experience in the execution of sanitary networks is mandatory. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project. * Knowledge of planning, scheduling, control, and execution of construction projects. * A driver's license, Category A\-I, is desirable. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise proper execution of works, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and contractual schedules. * Review technical files, quantity take-offs, and documentation related to project execution. * Prepare technical reports, valuations, progress reports, and other construction-related documentation. * Manage and supervise site personnel, ensuring achievement of project objectives. * Monitor physical progress of the works and track adherence to established deadlines. * Coordinate with clients, supervisors, EPS (Health Insurance Providers), and suppliers to ensure timely project development. * Prepare and sign required quality protocols and technical records during execution. * Control material supply and monitor supplier performance. * Prepare, organize, and deliver the quality dossier and project close-out documentation upon project completion. **Desirable Knowledge** * Microsoft Office (intermediate–advanced level). * AutoCAD (intermediate level). * Microsoft Project. * Engineering software and IT tools applied to construction. * Strategic planning and project control. * Technical regulations applicable to civil and sanitation works. **Competencies** * Leadership and team management. * Organization and planning. **Offered** * Microenterprise payroll registration. * Contract type: Fixed-term employment contract for a specific project or service, duration one (1) month, with possibility of renewal. **Requirements** * Submit documented CV. **Work Location** * Work location: Chincha Baja Salary: S/.2,800\.00 \- S/.3,800\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
