Position Summary:
We are seeking a Construction Supervision Manager for road infrastructure projects, responsible for technical, administrative, and financial oversight of construction works, ensuring proper execution and contractual compliance.

We are a nationally specialized company in construction supervision and PACRI studies. We are currently seeking a Construction Supervision Manager meeting the following profile:
REQUIREMENTS:
Licensed Civil Engineer.
Minimum 3 years of experience as: Construction Supervision Manager and/or Supervisor and/or Site Supervisor and/or Supervising Engineer and/or Inspection Manager and/or Inspector and/or Engineering Inspector and/or Construction Inspector and/or Chief Supervising Engineer and/or Site Supervising Engineer and/or General Construction Supervisor and/or Resident Engineer and/or Supervision Manager and/or Road Supervision Manager and/or Project Manager and/or Road Project Manager and/or Road Manager and/or Resident Supervisor and/or Supervision Division Manager and/or On-site Supervisor and/or Construction Resident and/or Resident Civil Engineer and/or Resident Maintenance Engineer and/or Chief Construction Resident and/or Construction Project Coordinator and/or Project Coordinator in supervision and/or execution of similar projects since licensure; “similar projects” are defined as supervision of creation and/or construction and/or reconstruction and/or improvement and/or rehabilitation (including combinations thereof) of rural roads and/or village roads and/or rural pathways and/or departmental highways and/or national highways.
Immediate availability for full-time work in Chepén–La Libertad.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of Public Management and the State Procurement Law.
Proactive, organized, and responsible.
EDUCATION:
Licensed Civil Engineer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
\- Review the Technical File of the project with participation from relevant specialists, identifying potential additional services, project risks, and other matters requiring consultation; prepare the corresponding technical report or opinion.
\- Responsible for adequate technical, administrative, and financial control of the project.
\- Participate in, recommend, and approve the execution of items in the Technical File by the Site Resident.
\- Supervise and evaluate digital information and georeferenced construction progress drawings.
\- Monitor work performed by the Contractor.
\- Directly and continuously ensure proper execution of the project and contractual compliance, including tracking and controlling each budget item, technical specifications, and responding to any queries raised by the Contractor under the State Procurement Law regulations.
\- Order removal of any worker or subcontractor whose incapacity or misconduct adversely affects project progress.
\- Reject and order removal of materials and equipment due to poor quality or non-compliance with technical specifications, and take urgent on-site measures during execution—not only at project completion.
\- Availability for virtual meetings with the Contract Administrator and/or Works Management Assistant and other local authorities.
\- Technical, contractual, economic-financial, safety, progress, quality, time, and cost control.
\- Participate in project acceptance.
\- Review final project settlement.
\- Prepare final project report.
Other activities stipulated in the State Procurement Law Regulations.
PROJECT LOCATION AND DURATION:
Chepén–La Libertad // 5 MONTHS.
