This is your opportunity, come and be part of Sangre Tigo! **Apply right now!** Commissions \& Reporting Analyst Are you passionate about data analysis, advanced database management, and automation of critical business processes? **This opportunity is for you.** **We are looking for a Field Productivity Analyst.** **Location:** El Salvador **Job Objective:** Administer and optimize critical data models for commission calculation processes using SQL database managers and business intelligence tools, ensuring traceability, control, and SOX compliance according to current policies. **Responsibilities:** * Development and maintenance of SQL queries and validations in databases for commission and bonus calculation, reconciliation, and control. * Calculation of various commission schemes for payments to Distributors and Retail Chains nationwide. * Calculation of various commission schemes for payments to sales personnel: sales representatives and supervisors nationwide. * Requesting, invoicing, processing, and tracking payments for Distributors, Retail Chains, and sales personnel. * Maintaining excellent and direct communication with the Commercial Department to obtain efficient information supporting payment processing across different sales channels. * Documentation of SOX controls implemented within the Commissions area. * Identification of potential cases requiring review and recalculation for supplementary bonus payments. * Supporting the Sales Department with necessary analyses to execute business processes in a controlled and profitable manner. **Requirements:** * Graduate in **Systems Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Systems.** * Experience in **SQL**, **database management**, and analytics tools such as **Power BI.** * Advanced knowledge of **database administration and management, and labor laws.** * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office.** * Intermediate level of **English.** **Apply now and become part of the future of telecommunications in El Salvador!** **\#JobOpportunity \#TigoElSalvador \#Telecommunications \#ProfessionalGrowth** \#TigoElSalvador Our people are the soul of Tigo El Salvador.
