**About the role**
The Digital Solutions Operations Manager’s main objective is to ensure profitability and compliance with corporate targets for the account under supervision as well as guarantee client satisfaction and procure long\-term relationships. Also, coordinate with external clients and define with internal ones the business objectives, and to support the organization to achieve them. **Responsibilities**
Achieve the goals set by the client, aligning the team and our team members with established goals and requirements of the account; establish action plans to improve areas of opportunity, working together and establishing the needs of the account and each team; manage the level of "staffing", manage finances based on profit and operating costs, along with the finance team; develop the team assigned establishing action plans to develop all staff. Receive and solve client’s concerns and inquiries, prepare and lead MBRs and QBRs among others. **Requirements:**
* 1\+ year experience leading large groups (40\+)
* 3\+ year of experience in a technical role (PM, Developer, QA, etc) \- **Must**
* Telecommunications Experience \- **Plus**
* Schedule flexibility
* Experience with Financial reporting/analysis
* 2 years of experience leading software development / implementation projects \- **Must**
