If you have experience and passion for teamwork and professional development , **we invite you to apply!** Join us and be part of a company that promotes growth and talent.✨ **We are looking for a** **Pre\-Qualification Analyst.****Location:** El Salvador **This role is** responsible for coordinating and supporting the pre\-qualification of vendors who participate in a local or group procurement process, coordinate re\-qualification of existing suppliers and support ad\-hoc supplier audits. The Analyst will act as a single point of contact to facilitate all administration regarding vendor pre\-qualification, re\-qualification, and audits, in support of the global and local sourcing and supply relationship management teams. **Responsabilities:** **Execute the supplier pre\-qualification process, in support of sourcing initiatives** . * Contact suppliers to participate to pre\-qualification. * Follow\-up and ensure timely and comprehensive participation of vendors. * Evaluate supplier feedback and evaluate their risk profile in terms of Compliance, CSR, Business Continuity, Financial and potentially other risks. * Report and review high\-risk suppliers with Local Procurement and Compliance. **Coordinate and support vendor re\-qualification and ad\-hoc vendor due diligence.** * Follow\-up the overall supply risk profile and the expiration of vendor audit \& qualification documentation and reports. * Initiate and coordinate the completion of recurrent vendor re\-qualification. **Ensure compliance through controls and reporting** * Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of the supplier qualification process. * Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. * Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for process improvements. * Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and data. **Professional and Academic requirements:** * **Bachelor's degree in** Law, Finance, Business Administration, or Risk Management. * **Knowledge of general** Procurement processes. * **Intermediate English** level. * **Minimum 2 years of** business experience in a Finance or Procurement position. * **Experience with data analytics** on large fragmented data\-sets in Excel, Power BI, or related. **Apply now and be part of the future of telecommunications in El Salvador!** **\#JobOpportunity \#Telecommunications \#ProfessionalGrowth** Our people are the soul of Tigo El Salvador.
