Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and multifunctional Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation, plating, and kitchen hygiene maintenance, ensuring dish quality. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work as part of a team and demonstrate initiative. **KITCHEN ASSISTANT \- NINJAS PIZZAS** **Requirements** **\-** Age: 20 years or older. \- Reside in La Esperanza (**MANUEL AREVALO**). \- 6 months to 1 year of experience in the field. **\-** Competencies: Proactivity, teamwork, initiative, multifunctionality. \- Upon employment, the candidate must obtain their health certificate. \- Availability to work the afternoon shift from 4:30 pm to 11:45 pm (7 hours daily). **Responsibilities** **1\.** Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients to facilitate dish preparation. **2\.** Assist with plating under the chef's supervision to optimize delivery times. **3\.** Operate kitchen tools and equipment (blenders, processors, etc.) following instructions. **5\.** Organize and stock workstations to maintain production pace. **6\.** Clean utensils, surfaces, and equipment to ensure hygienic conditions. **7\.** Sort waste and coordinate proper disposal to maintain order. **8\.** Assist in basic recipe preparation according to the chef's instructions. **9\.** Report shortages of ingredients or utensils to prevent production delays. **10\.** Follow cleaning and food handling standards to prevent contamination. **11\.** Strictly adhere to instructions to maintain dish quality. **12\.** Assist in receiving, storing, and distributing necessary kitchen supplies. **13\.** Support the head chef or cooks in various tasks as needed.
