We are currently seeking a Workshop Manager to join our team. Requirements: Mechanical Technician or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (mandatory). Valid Class A-I driver’s license (mandatory). Resident of Pacasmayo or nearby areas. Knowledge of: Vehicle fleet maintenance, mechanics, materials, and vehicle spare parts. Responsibilities: Receive and evaluate fault reports from operators’ units and/or user departments, and assign technicians, materials, spare parts, etc., to address equipment issues. Execute scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance for the vehicle fleet. Collect checklists and other documents related to preventive and corrective maintenance for subsequent analysis and scheduling. Track work orders registered in the ERP system and use the preventive and corrective maintenance control form. Conduct workshop inventory and record audit documents according to 5S procedures.
