Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage economic, human, and material resources for construction projects, while monitoring budgets, expenses, and administrative reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage economic, human, and material resources for construction projects 2. Prepare and monitor the administrative budget 3. Monitor project expenses and prepare reports ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or Economics. * Candidate must hold professional registration and official licensing. * Software Proficiency: Microsoft Excel – intermediate level; Power BI – basic/intermediate level. ***Experience:*** * Minimum of four (4) years of general work experience. * Participation, as a minimum, in two civil, road, sanitation, or urban pavement construction projects. * Diploma in Construction Project Administration and Management * Course in Urban Pavement Construction * Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management * General Experience: no less than three (03\) years, substantiated **Functions:** * Manage economic, human, and material resources assigned to the project. * Prepare and monitor the administrative budget. * Record and monitor project expenses. * Prepare weekly and monthly administrative cost reports. * Monitor petty cash funds. * Review and substantiate expense reimbursements. * Verify invoices, sales receipts, payment receipts, delivery notes, and other payment documents. * Monitor daily staff attendance. * Consolidate time sheets, overtime hours, leave requests, rest days, and absences. * Prepare necessary information for payroll processing. **Working Conditions:** * Project located in Trujillo * Employment contract under payroll system. * **Monthly Remuneration: S/7,000** Apply by sending your documented CV, indicating the subject line **"Environmental Specialist” seleccionromaac@gmail.com** **WhatsApp: 928\-545590** Salary: Up to S/.7,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
