Opportunity for growth and assuming new responsibilities. **Job Description** FIRE ASSAY ANALYST **Join GEOLAB PERÚ S.A.C. and develop your career in a Chemical Metallurgical Laboratory committed to quality, precision, and trust.** Become part of a professional team where you can strengthen your technical knowledge, participate in specialized processes for the analysis of concentrates and minerals, and grow alongside a company in constant development. **REQUIREMENTS** * Reside in Trujillo or near the La Esperanza industrial park. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. * Graduate of the Industrial Chemistry technical program at the Public Technological Higher Education Institute (IESTP) "Nueva Esperanza" or equivalent institutions. * Minimum 3 months of experience in chemical or metallurgical laboratories (**preferred**). * Basic knowledge of fire assay techniques (**preferred**). * Responsible, proactive, able to work in a team, and oriented toward medium- to long-term development. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform fire assays for the determination of gold and silver. * Carry out fusion and cupellation steps according to laboratory standards (training will be provided if necessary). * Record information and results in an orderly and accurate manner. * Comply with quality, safety, and good laboratory practice procedures. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper use of assigned equipment. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Labor benefits under the Small Business Regime (MYPE): * Bonuses. * Compensation for Time of Service (CTS). * Vacation time in accordance with current legislation. * Ongoing training. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for growth and assuming new responsibilities within the company.
