DESCRIPTION *Our client, a leading financial services company, is driving some of the most significant transformations in the Peruvian financial system. We seek professionals with a strong combination of analytical and financial thinking to support high-impact strategic decisions in Technology, Data, and Operations.* *You will join an internal consulting practice that helps transform complex and ambiguous scenarios into rigorous analyses and clear recommendations for decision-making.* **Responsibilities** * *Lead internal consulting initiatives for Technology, Data, and Operations, structuring complex problems and defining analytical approaches to guide decision-making.* * *Develop analyses, business cases, and alternative evaluations for transformation, investment, and optimization initiatives, identifying impacts, risks, and key trade\-offs.* * *Build executive recommendations and facilitate discussions with leaders and sponsors, aligning hypotheses, conclusions, and action plans for decision-making.* * *Guide the work of junior team members, ensuring high standards of analytical quality, methodological rigor, and impact on deliverables.* REQUIREMENTS * *Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields* * *Minimum 8 years of professional experience.* * *2 years of experience leading teams (preferred)* * *Advanced Excel and PowerPoint (Executive Presentations)* * *Financial modeling (TCO, Business Case, ROI) and knowledge of consulting frameworks* * *General knowledge of the financial sector and IT/technological transformation will be valued.*
