Job Summary: This role ensures product delivery to customers, guaranteeing satisfaction and regulatory compliance, while also providing operational support to the warehouse. Key Highlights: 1. Friendly and professional customer service **Primary Objective** Ensure delivery of products to our end customers, achieving customer satisfaction and complying with company regulations; additionally, provide operational support to the warehouse as required. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate delivery schedules with our end customers. Provide in-transit support to drivers, including navigation assistance and other tasks related to cargo delivery. * Load and unload products onto transport vehicles, ensuring safety and efficiency. * Assist in organizing cargo inside the vehicle, distributing products to maximize space utilization and ensure stability during transportation. * Support warehouse operational tasks as needed by the department. * Verify necessary documentation for cargo transportation. * Maintain cleanliness of the transport unit. * Deliver friendly and professional service to customers during product delivery, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues that may arise during transportation. * Perform other duties assigned temporarily. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, at the Villa El Salvador base location * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience **Competencies:** * Route knowledge * Teamwork * Strong communication skills **Benefits:** * All statutory benefits * Monthly food card Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,200.00 \- S/.1,600.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
