Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to plan, organize, and supervise warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations, lead teams, and propose improvements. Key Highlights: 1. We seek committed talent focused on creating value, where your skill development is the primary factor for generating innovative and secure solutions in your daily work with us.* **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, organize, and supervise receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, and product dispatch operations, ensuring compliance with established departmental procedures and instructions. * Lead and develop the operational team, ensuring discipline, safety, and efficiency in operations. * Provide requested information during internal and external audits of the Warehouse Department. * Propose and implement improvements in logistics processes. * Track raw materials or supplies assigned to personnel in SAP. * Supervise the physical delivery of raw materials, supplies, and/or equipment to personnel, validating proper registration in SAP. * Monitor the issuance of materials such as supplies, tools, etc. * Supervise the return of surplus materials, validating proper registration in SAP. * Supervise the return of defective equipment, validating proper registration in SAP. * Manage equipment warranties with suppliers as applicable. * Supervise the closure of manufacturing orders in SAP. * Supervise the issuance of shipping documents and ensure their proper safekeeping. * Supervise the receipt of assembled kits, verify received quantities, safeguard them, and enter them into the warehouse. * Efficiently manage equipment transfer and dispatch, complying with defined instructions. * Supervise unloading, verification, and packaging processes at third-party warehouses. * Visit projects to unload equipment when necessary. * Review risk assessments affecting organizational objectives and processes—both negatively and positively. * Attend weekly meetings of the Operations and Procurement departments and other related departments. * Request approval from the Billing Department for equipment dispatches to construction sites. * Ensure performance indicator reports are properly analyzed to promptly resolve any issues. * Analyze and respond to any findings reported against the department to clarify incidents and promote continuous improvement. * Follow up on the resolution of observations identified within the department. * Approve the receipt of components, materials, etc., and ensure product preservation in internal or external warehouses. * Conduct full or partial physical inventories, verifying records against SAP data, and manage inventories in external warehouses. * Verify that all personnel have complete PPE appropriate to their tasks. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Master’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management. * Knowledge of Logistics, Warehouse Control, and Inventory Management. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the industrial-commercial sector. * Availability to work in Villa El Salvador.
