General technical support and incident tracking **WASKA S.A.C.**, a textile exporting company located in Villa El Salvador, is seeking to hire an IT Analyst. Provide system support and administration (ERP Starsoft, access management, data, and procedures) as Deputy Team Lead of the IT department. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- ERP Starsoft support and administration (users, access rights, and configuration) \- Data governance and organization of company information in Drive \- Support in attendance control and HR department systems \- Development and updating of SOPs and procedures, plus user training \- General technical support and incident tracking with IT vendors **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Experience: Minimum 2 years in systems or IT support roles \- Education: Technical or university degree in Systems, Administration, Accounting, or related fields \- Knowledge: ERP proficiency (Starsoft preferred) or electronic invoicing software; user and access administration \- Intermediate-to-advanced Excel; Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Gmail); clear procedural writing skills \- Availability to work onsite in Villa El Salvador **WE OFFER:** \- Salary: S/ 2,000 \- S/ 2,500 (based on experience) \- Biweekly payment (mid-month and month-end) \- Formal payroll from day one under the MYPE regime (small business): bonus, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), vacation benefits per regulation, ESSALUD, SCTR, and family allowance \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:36 p.m. (weekends off) Work location: Southern Lima (near Villa El Salvador) Apply via this platform by attaching your updated CV.
