If you are interested in joining our team and growing alongside us, we are looking for you! **Fiber-Optic Internet Installation Driver-Assistant** We require a driver willing to learn from scratch in this field, enabling career progression within the company to Technician 1 and Technician 2. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Load and unload materials and products onto/from the assigned vehicle. * Assist the lead technician in residential installations and fault repairs. * Support line technicians and splicers. * Assist in activation and sales activities. * Drive the assigned vehicle. * Availability to support during emergencies, with additional compensation for overtime hours. * Report status during the day and immediately notify your immediate supervisor of any incidents. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Class A-1 driver's license (manual transmission). * Responsible, punctual, and proactive attitude. * Ability to learn in the field of **telecommunications - fiber optics**, and develop technically, with potential advancement to **Technician 1 and Technician 2**. * Residency in districts adjacent to the central base (VES, Pachacamac, SJM, VMT). **BENEFITS:** * Join a growing company in the sector. * July and December bonuses based on performance percentage. * Team-building events on special occasions. * Timely bi-weekly payments. * Salary negotiable according to experience in the field. * Annual vacation leave. **Work Location:** Base in Villa El Salvador, near Las Palomas. **Working Hours:** Monday to Sunday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with one weekly day off (typically Saturday or Sunday). **We look forward to having you on our team!
