Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer with BIM modeling experience for civil works, responsible for developing and updating BIM models, interdisciplinary coordination, and technical coordination on the project. Development and updating of the project's BIM models Added with project and full address: **POSITION: BIM MODELER** **Project:** Almacenes Yobel **Location:** Calle 1 esq. con Calle 2, Sub lote 4\-13 y Sub parcela 6\-6, Zona Industrial \- Lurín **Specialty**: Civil Engineer A **BIM Modeler** with at least 04 years of experience in civil works is required, preferably in modeling industrial warehouses, storage facilities, and underground utility networks. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm **Requirements:** \* Graduate in Civil Engineering. \* Experience in BIM modeling applied to civil works. \* Knowledge of reading and interpreting construction drawings. \* Proficiency in BIM software and modeling tools. \* Ability to coordinate with Technical Office, Production, and Quality departments. \* Availability to work on-site at the Lurín project location. **Main Responsibilities:** \* Development and updating of the project's BIM models. \* Interdisciplinary coordination according to construction requirements. \* Support in reviewing drawings, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation. \* Coordination with the technical team to resolve observations. \* Tracking and updating information in accordance with project progress. **Conditions:** \* Estimated duration: 06 months, with potential extension to 08 months. \* Salary: S/ 4,000\.00 gross per month (on payroll). \* Payroll registration with all statutory benefits. **Interested candidates must have immediate availability** Salary: S/.4,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
