Positive work environment **El Morro Restaurant** is looking for an experienced **SEAFOOD CHEF**, passionate about gastronomy and committed to delivering high-quality dishes to our customers. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation and cooking of seafood dishes. * Preparation of ceviche, tiradito, seafood rice, sudados, fish chicharrón, and other menu items. * Performing mise en place and maintaining an organized workstation. * Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients before preparation. * Adhering to hygiene, cleanliness, and proper food handling standards. * Maintaining kitchen order and cleanliness during and after shifts. * Assisting in proper storage and preservation of ingredients. * Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience as a **chef**, especially in **seafood cuisine**. * Knowledge of fish and seafood preparation and handling. * Familiarity with good food handling practices and hygiene. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Responsible, punctual, proactive, and committed individual. * Availability for on-site work in **Chorrillos**. **WE OFFER:** * **Salary: S/ 2,000 per month.** * Positive work environment. * Included lunch. * Opportunity to join a growing restaurant. * Opportunity to demonstrate and develop your culinary skills. **Work Location:** Chorrillos, opposite the **Huaylas Metro Station**. **If you have seafood cooking experience and wish to join our team, we look forward to your application!** **For more information, contact 963022801** Salary: S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
