Ongoing training **Job Objective:** Efficiently execute receiving, storage, order preparation, and dispatch operations for products, ensuring proper handling of goods, compliance with internal procedures, and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and register incoming goods according to delivery notes and invoices. * Place products in the warehouse according to the established layout and maintain orderly storage spaces. * Prepare orders (picking and packing) according to sales orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities and item references. * Package products following safety and quality standards for dispatch. * Load and unload goods onto internal or external transport vehicles. * Support periodic inventory counts and report detected stock discrepancies. * Comply with safety and risk prevention regulations in the warehouse area. * Keep the work area clean and organized. * Report incidents or anomalies regarding the condition of goods or logistics processes. * Support other warehouse operation tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Assist with goods delivery. **Desired Qualifications:** * Completed secondary education or ongoing/completed technical studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Proactive attitude and initiative for improvement. * Ability to work in a team, with order and responsibility. * Physical stamina to perform manual labor (loading and unloading goods). **Benefits:** * Formal payroll registration * Bi-weekly payments * Ongoing training * Opportunity for growth within the company * Project development and budgeting within the company * Internships (if required) Employment Type: Full-time, Internships Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
