A prominent automotive company is currently seeking a JUNIOR STORE MANAGER. Requirements: * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a store supervisor and team leader. * Experience designing in-store and field sales strategies. * Strong commercial profile and knowledge of the automotive market (motorcycle experience preferred). * Knowledge of vehicle financing. * Bonus: Motorcycle user. * Availability to work in Pueblo Libre. Responsibilities: * Responsible for store opening and closing. * Responsible for safeguarding company assets and reporting any incidents to the security department. * Supervises: Commercial management, logistics management (inventory taking), cash management, and all other aspects related to administration of the assigned store. * Leads the work team in an organized manner, ensuring a positive working environment.
