Coordinate work with operational departments. **We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Supervisor!** At YANA Consulting, on behalf of a leading industrial sector company, we are seeking a **Senior Maintenance Supervisor** to work at a plant located in Villa El Salvador. **Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. (**MANDATORY**) * Minimum 5 years of experience supervising maintenance in industrial plants. * Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and automation systems. * Experience leading technical teams. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities. * Lead the technical team, ensuring compliance with safety standards. * Coordinate work with operational departments to guarantee continuous production. * Manage required resources, tools, and spare parts for operations. **Conditions:** * On-site work in Villa El Salvador. * Day shift, Monday to Saturday (as per operational requirements). * Formal employment registration from day one.
