Excellent work environment and professional development **Excalibur**, a company dedicated to crushing and processing materials, is seeking a **Front-end Loader Operator** with experience in mining or aggregates operations, committed to **safety** and **operational efficiency**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate the front-end loader following technical procedures and current safety regulations. * Load, transport, and unload materials such as ore, overburden, or aggregates according to instructions from the operations area. * Conduct daily mechanical inspections of the equipment before, during, and after use. * Immediately report to the supervisor any failures, incidents, or unsafe conditions detected. * Comply with the preventive maintenance schedule, verifying fluid levels, tire pressure, and other equipment parameters. * Keep the equipment and work area clean and well-organized. * Assist in other operational tasks assigned by the supervisor. * Feed the crusher. **Requirements:** * Minimum verifiable experience of **3 years** operating a front-end loader in crushing plants, mining operations, or similar facilities. * Valid **Heavy Equipment Operator Certification** (preferred). * Basic knowledge of **mechanics and preventive maintenance**. * Valid **driver’s license**. * Commitment to **safety**, **teamwork**, and **compliance with operational standards**. **Work Location:** Excalibur Operational Unit – **Villa El Salvador, Lima.** **We Offer:** * Enrollment in **MYPE payroll from day one.** * **Competitive salary** and timely payment. * **Job stability** within a solid company in this industry. * Excellent **work environment** and opportunities for professional development.
