Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Assistant for Mibanco, responsible for client prospecting, product promotion, and supporting the credit process. Key Highlights: 1. CHILCA SUR BRANCH RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out all tasks and activities within the Training Program – School. Conduct client prospecting with support from the Tutor Advisor. Accompany advisors during client visits. Promote and acquire bank products. Support credit process activities at the branch. Prepare credit files. Generate delinquency and collection reports at the branch as part of training. · REQUIREMENTS University graduates: Graduated / Final-year students (from 9th semester onward) in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. Technical graduates: Graduated / Final-year students (from 6th semester onward) in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. Experience in customer service or sales of intangible or tangible products (Desirable). Fieldwork (90%) and office work (10%). Availability Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 6:30 pm, and Saturdays, 8:45 am to 1:00 pm · BENEFITS: Compensation: Base salary + transportation allowance + variable remuneration (RV) Join one of the country’s most important economic groups.
