Job Summary: Sapelli Mobiliario is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead teams in furniture manufacturing, ensuring execution of the production schedule and process quality. Key Highlights: 1. Application of Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies Sapelli Mobiliario is a Peruvian company with over 12 years of experience in contract furniture manufacturing and installation. We are currently seeking one (1) Production Supervisor for our factory located in Villa El Salvador. **Requirements:** * Graduates in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture, metal-mechanical, or related manufacturing companies, leading work teams. * Solid knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo preferred), KPIs, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S. * Availability to work in Villa El Salvador. **Responsibilities:** * Execute the production schedule based on work orders and project timelines. * Coordinate with the design and development department to ensure correct interpretation of drawings and specifications. * Verify material availability (melamine, MDF, wood, metal structures, hardware, upholstery). * Ensure processes are carried out in accordance with technical drawings and production sheets. * Monitor production times and identify bottlenecks. * Coordinate with logistics and general services for machinery operation (panel saw, edge bander, CNC router, etc.). * Validate dimensions, finishes, leveling, assembly, and aesthetic details of furniture. * Identify rework and implement immediate corrective actions. * Assign tasks to the operator team (carpentry foreman, carpenters, production operators, etc.). * Supervise performance, productivity, and functional compliance. Ensure mandatory use of PPE (gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.). * Comply with and enforce internal OHS policies. Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
