Position Summary: Itsanet Perú S.A.C. is seeking an accounting assistant to record and code vouchers, manage petty cash, generate payment orders, perform bank reconciliations, and support the General Accountant. Requirements Final-year student or technical/university graduate in Accounting Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Knowledge of Starsof system Minimum 06 years of experience in similar positions Immediate availability · Responsibilities: Code and record purchase vouchers and their corresponding withholding entries. Provision, validate, and organize petty cash. Generate Payment Orders (POs) in the system and submit them to Administration and Finance, including the invoice and service/purchase order. Generate supplier withholding certificates in the system. Generate the TXT file for mass withholding payments to suppliers. Reconcile and accrue monthly sales revenue in the accounting system. Review and analyze cash flow in the system. Perform daily bank reconciliations and report to Administration and Finance. Review SUNAT mailbox daily. Record deliveries pending accountability. Register cost centers and/or payments in the system. Record provisions for social charges. Code and safeguard internal accounting control records. Report any deviations and/or irregularities detected in the accounting process to the immediate supervisor. Assist the General Accountant in preparing reports, financial statements, or other documents. What do we offer?
