Job Summary: Coordinate and manage procurement, purchasing, inventory, and distribution—including maritime/air transportation and customs clearance—to optimize the supply chain. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities:  Plan and coordinate the procurement of products and materials.  Track purchases, orders, and shipments.  Monitor and analyze inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.  Supervise the entry and exit of goods in the warehouse.  Coordinate with suppliers, transportation providers, and internal departments.  Monitor distribution routes and delivery timelines.  Prepare logistics reports and KPIs.  Analyze logistics costs and propose improvements.  Manage logistics documentation and transport waybills.  Maritime and Air Transportation Management: Coordinate maritime and air transportation for imports, ensuring efficient timing and cost control.  Documentation and Customs Management: Handle all documentation required for imports, including customs procedures.  Purchasing Process Support: Collaborate with the purchasing department in sourcing local suppliers and procuring supplies.  Supplier Negotiation: Participate in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers.  Purchase Order Tracking: Ensure purchase order tracking and maintain an updated purchasing database. Requirements:  Graduate in Administration, International Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.  Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, purchasing, warehousing, or imports.  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.  Customer service, negotiation, and supplier management skills.  ERP system knowledge (SAP, Odoo, or similar) is desirable.  Willingness to work in Lurigancho - Chosica.
