Job Summary: This position involves conducting sampling, testing, and quality control inspections of raw materials and products to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct raw material sampling and testing. 2. Inspect mixing orders and extrusion parameters. 3. Identify and segregate non-conforming products. About the Position: 1) Receive and sample raw materials; identify and record material type, name, and batch number according to the import number. 2) Perform quality control tests and record results in associated forms. 3) Inspect mixing orders on production lines. 4) Inspect and record extrusion parameters on production lines. 5) Record dimensional verification data for products within specification limits. 6) Identify, record, and segregate non-conforming products per applicable product-related standards. 7) Verify measuring instruments; prepare samples for laboratory testing. 8) Understand required procedures and rules (safety, environmental, and/or quality). 9) Perform all duties inherent to the position. · About the Candidate: 1) Education: Completed secondary education and/or technical studies related to the industry. 2) Six (06) months of experience performing quality control laboratory work, preferably in the plastic products industry.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Technical 1 year of experience Keywords: quality, qa
