Operations Manager - Day Shift

Job Summary: This role involves comprehensive financial and operational control, including managing accounts, inventory, production plans, and vehicle maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of accounts receivable and payable. 2. Inventory control and optimization of product stock. 3. Supervision of workshop operations and vehicle maintenance. • Review, reconcile, and monitor accounts receivable. • Contact customers and manage payment due dates. • Review, reconcile, validate, and monitor accounts payable. • Verify and control warehouse product inflows and outflows. • Review and ensure stores maintain adequate stock of fast-moving products. • Conduct periodic warehouse inventory. • Standardize products according to customer codes, part numbers, and alternative codes. • Prepare blueprints for products to be manufactured. • Track and guide service deliveries until invoice submission is completed. • Generate weekly reports on services rendered, invoiced services, services with purchase orders, and pending services requiring regularization. • Generate weekly reports on overdue invoices receivable, as well as tentative customer payment dates. • Generate weekly reports on invoices payable (payments are processed on Fridays). • Monitor overtime hours for workshop operational staff. • Verify adherence to delivery deadlines for workshop jobs. • Develop and maintain the company’s vehicle maintenance schedule (motorcycles, cars, SUVs, trucks). • Review routes, distances traveled, and fuel consumption of trucks. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University degree 2 years of experience Keywords: leader, manager, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, regent, operations, operational
