




Job Summary: Responsible for material handling, machinery operation, and maintenance of the work area, ensuring food quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Raw material handling and machinery operation. 2. Maintenance of cleanliness and order in the work area. 3. Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** **I. General** 1\. Retrieve raw materials and supplies from the raw material warehouse. 2\. Load materials into the machine and verify that the hopper always contains material. 3\. Assist in recording process control data. 4\. Record and finalize the production report. 5\. Return unused materials to their designated areas. 6\. Responsible for machine cleaning. 7\. Responsible for cleaning and organizing the work area. 8\. Supply the section with rags, tapes, and cloths. 9\. Weigh produced rolls and label them for the next process. 10\. Prevent food safety hazards. 11\. Comply with the company's established cleaning, hygiene, and sanitation procedures and instructions. 12\.
