Production Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking an operator to pack, rewind products, and manage inventories, coordinating with the warehouse and reporting production. Key Highlights: 1. Production process management and knowledge of BPM 2. Coordination with the warehouse department and delivery of items 3. Requires speed, dexterity, and concentration level RESPONSIBILITIES: * Operation of rewinding machines (not mandatory). * Packing and rewinding of products. * Inventory management. * Preparation of production reports. * Coordination with the warehouse department. * Delivery of produced items. COMPETENCIES: * Knowledge of production processes. * Knowledge of BPM. * Speed and dexterity. * Inventory management knowledge. * Concentration level. EXPERIENCE: * Minimum 1 year of experience in production plants. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 08:00 \- 06:00 PM, Saturday 08:00 AM \- 11:00 AM BENEFITS: * Base salary. * Production bonus. * CTS, bonuses, family allowance, profit sharing, etc. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,100\.00 \- S/.1,130\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
