An agro-industrial company is seeking a Product Research and Development Assistant. Responsibilities: * Sample preparation (new developments) * Adjust formulations in coordination with the immediate supervisor * Document and/or prepare laboratory test reports and support documentation of project-generated information * Analyze raw materials, packaging, and new proposals for new product development * Develop new products and process improvements * Create laboratory-level flowcharts * Conduct industrial-scale tests (record timing at each stage) * Stacking tests for new developments * Other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or Technical Diploma in Food or Industrial Engineering * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably within the sector * Ability to interact and coordinate with personnel from different departments; proactive * Analytical and problem-solving capabilities; aptitude and willingness to work in teams * Residence in Manchay Pachacamac or neighboring districts Benefits: * Formal payroll enrollment from day one (MYPE) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,600.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
